TTC After a Loss
Intro...and need patience please!!
Hi Ladies,
So this is now the 3rd board I have been lurking and decided to introduce myself...
My story: DS is 15 months; BFP 6/24/10 EDD was 2/28/11- 1st ultrasound 7/19 revealed "spontaneous identical triplets" - went into crazy freakout mode as handing 4 kids under the age of 2 yrs would be insane; 12 wk NT scan on 8/23/10 revealed missed m/c @ 11 wk 4d on all 3 babies; D&C/E on 8/27/10.
Recovering from D&C/E fine but can't help wanting to get back on TTC bandwagon ASAP (doesn't help that BFF is preggo w/ EDD that was just 3 days before mine), don't want to jeopardize any future pregnancy and have f/u appt w/ OB on 10/5/10 where hopefully we get the green light for TTC again assuming AF has made her appearance.
Just wondering any helpful insight/info you received to help make the time go by faster or put your mind at ease???

I am so sorry for your losses.
I have thrown myself into volunteer work and am picking up a certificate in Project management starting in October to help pass the time.
The ladies here also help with that as well

I've started working out more, it helps get me excited and keep my mind off of the crazy things going on in my body.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort from this board. I sure have. This is our first month ttc since the miscarriage and I have recently took up painting and sketching. It takes my mind off of everything else and can be very time consuming. I find different step by step drawing tutorials and learn to draw different things. I have very little patience but this seems to help. Hope you can find something to pass the time!
