Monday Vent Thread

Just making a thread for people to vent about how their Monday is going, haha 
I'm sitting here, getting ready for my SCI interview... being forced to listen to someone in a nearby cubicle clip both his finger AND toenails. And the nails end up on the floor that is vacuumed like... twice a year?
My boss, whom I despise, is bugging me to fill out my employee evaluation, and I am so tempted to just flip her off and leave (trying my best to hang in till December).
I forgot to bring my thermos home this weekend, and was forced to use the gross bottle brush in the office break room, and now I don't even want to use the thermos, but I have to since I pump at work.
IT'S ONLY 9:15 and I feel like I've been here FOREVER. This is not going to bode well for the rest of the week!

I'm venting about co-workers!!! These are my besties from work and I missed hanging out with them so bad when I was on maternity leave... They are great friends!!! Anyway, we had planned all last week to leave work today (take a half days vaca) and go out for some drinks and chit-chat. So I've arranged for DH to pick DD up from daycare and cleared my schedule for this afternoon... ALL to find otu when I get to work today they are both cancelling on me. Saying they don't want to use vacation and they just want to meet up after work... Well I have a baby and cannot meet after work, that was the whole point of us deciding this last week!
So now I'm bummed... I was looking forward to this. Sometimes I feel like my childless friends just don't get it!
im a sahm so i dont have work problems but so far a bad monday
i went out to talk to fil (we live on a farm that has two houses about 30 acres away from eachother but the cows are right infront of us lol) on my way back in from talking to fil about putting up a small fenced area for my furbabies i rolled my anckle, triped and fell on my face and on practically on my one tiny furbaby hes only 10 weeks old! poor thing went yipping away but is ok, ive been limping since oh and to top it off i landed on my path leading to my house so it was concrete ( why did i half to land there when there is grass on both sides of it) so my hands and my one arm are all skinned up,
last night my monitor shut off on me and i ddint hear lo when he was fussing, but if he cried i could hear him his crib is on the otherside of the wall but practically by my bed lol but i norm. dream feed him when he starts fussing but didnt cuz ididdnt hear him but he slept all night from 9 - 5 so i gues thats a pluss lol
hope everyone has better mondays than me!
freaking water heater died on us last night. I'm sitting here why the plumber fixes it.
So, my vent is that I had to start my day with a cold shower.
And I thought the guy 2 cubicles down who makes repulsive hocking sounds was bad?! You have my symphathies:-)
Ugh, weekend went way too quickly and I'm missing my little boy more than usual.
Gross! Clipping nails anywhere but one's own bathroom is completely inappropriate!
I don't really have any Monday vents other than missing my baby so much still since it's only my 2nd week back

Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.
DD2 born 5/14/13.
Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.
I'm tired.
ETA: And grumpy.
All this, plus hungry. It's so odd, I am never hungry at home, where I have good stuff to eat... come to work and I end up starved.
You just reminded me that I have homemade german chocolate cake at home. I think I need to go home and take a "nap."
My FIL and SIL are in town right now, and while it's great having them here, my FIL does NOT pick up after himself, and he also doesn't understand that the kitchen cabinets don't shut themselves....DH does this too (I guess I know where he gets it from), and it is SO FRICKIN' ANNOYING that every time I walk into the kitchen, there are at least two cabinets open.
Seriously!?! Is it really that hard to shut a stupid cabinet door?
My monday vent: DD woke up at 1am and stayed awake until 4. At 3:30am I decided to give her a bottle in hopes that once she went to sleep she would stay asleep and not wake up for her usual 5am feeding. Oh how I was wrong. She wasn't hungry but she wanted to wake up to "talk". Finally got her back to sleep at 5:45, only to have her wake up at 6:15 and want to eat. Did that then she went back to sleep. But up at 7am again to talk. Finally asleep at 8 and slept until 10, which is her normal nap time when she gets up at 5am.
So needless to say I am very tired and grumpy and looking forward to her her 12:30 nap.

This reminds me - None of us slept well last night. Even Liam, who has STTN forEVER was fussy at 1:30am - which was fine, since DH and I were pretty much dealing with random insomnia. No idea what the heck got into everyone last night, but I bet we're all paying for it today.
