My SIL's shower was today, the one whose DD is a month after/ three weeks before my two. 

It wasn't so bad.  I did have some trouble on the drive there, but I was running late and let most of my anxiety be about that, instead.  I had one moment of needing to excuse myself to the ladies, but then it was over and done with.  It was boring, but aren't all baby showers? 

Oh, and there was Sangria Drinks

Plus I had meeting Sunflower730 afterward to look forward to, which was awesome.  And that's all my news :)

    I don't know why it isn't a rule to have alcohol at showers. I guess it's a matter of respect for the soon to be mom? Well to hell with that! When I have my shower I am telling my friends and family that there must be alcohol there. Why should everyone suffer because of me?
