{NTTCALR} Cupcake wars?

You know what really bothers me with this show? How can you make, bake, and decorate 1,000 cupcakes in 2 hours.. AND place them all on a display? It can't be done! They only have 6 people helping. I just don't understand.

    Never saw it, but how many ovens do they use or is it one giant one???  I can't imagine it being done with the bake time/cooling time alone.
