milk and cheezies

Is it awful that my baby's diet consisted mostly of milk and cheezies today? He has a bad cold and his first ear infection and has been absolutely miserable. He's barely eating and he cried most of the day. He had a few periods of happy goofiness that quickly dissolved into sobbing on the floor. The only thing that kept him calm and quiet was watching YouTube videos (The Wiggles, Yo Gabba Gabba, Laurie Berkner, and Caspar BabyPants). Every time one ended he pointed at the computer and said, "Ah-den?" (Again?)

It's okay to indulge them when they're feeling so awful, right? My poor little guy. :(

    Poor baby.  Hope he feels better soon.  Some days you have to just go with the flow and if the flow says milk and cheezies (whatever those are ; ) so be it.

    Caroline has lived on breastmilk and puffs today...with some water and a couple of black beans thrown in for good measure. 

    She's sick, and I absolutely indulge her when she isn't feeling well.

    I hope your LO feels better soon!!

    You don't know what cheezies are?

    Well, will you look at that -- cheezies are Canadian. Huh. I did not know that. "The name Cheezies has become a genericized trademark name in common usage in Canada for any kind of cheese snack such as Cheetos."

    You know Cheetos, right?

    Pretty bad, I know. DH had friends over, so we had the party mix out, and, well, Andrew loves cheezies.

    Cheetos and milk will certainly do for a sick boy!  You just have to give him what he wants.  Hope he feels better soon!

    When DD is sick I let her have whatever she will eat... something is better than nothing! And I know when I'm sick there are few things I can eat (and they are always the same things!)
