When is your first appt?

Hey ladies. I am new here and hope to stay! Has anyone scheduled a first appt yet?
I have mine scheduled for wed the 8th, but think i will try to change it to the following wed. I want to make sure I can see the heart beat (hopefully one is there) and I dont know if 6w3 days is too early for that.
Anyway. I cant wait to get to know all of you better. Good luck to all of us.

I just got my official/confirming BFP on Friday, so I haven't had a chance to schedule anything yet - but I do have an annual appt scheduled for Sept. 20th, so I plan to call the office tomorrow to let them know about my BFP and then I will see if they want to keep my already scheduled appt where I will be ~ 7w1d or if they would like to re-schedule for a later date when I am further along.
I'm not sure what my OB/GYN office's typical procedure and/or timeline is like with regards to when each prenatal appt is scheduled (I know they all do it differently), so I am very excited to find out when I call tomorrow morning!!!

I called the birth center where I would like to deliver and use their practice but they ask that you go to a seminar first to make sure that you agree with their practices. I'm pretty sure I will, it's a given but you never know!
After we go to our seminar, which is Sept 9, then we can schedule with one of the NMW. The lady on the phone that usually you can get in within a couple weeks. I just want to go late enough that I'll get to hear the heartbeat.
DH says that I should call the OB/GYN practice I was going to before getting KU and schedule an appt with them just in case. I don't know I would feel bad if I had to cancel because I decided to stick with the NMWs. I hate the thought of "breaking up" with my OB but she only delivers at this one hospital, which is excellent... but I really would like the opportunity to deliver at birth center instead... which is also very good and is in the same health network as the hospital as my OB.

We have to sort out our insurance first (I am covered privately right now, but will be covered by DF's insurance after the wedding) so once we get all that sorted out we will make our appointment.
I have a while based on everyone elses' appt dates.
This is a fine number for 4 weeks! Did your doctor suggest it wasn't good??
My first beta was Friday, I am dying to get results tomorrow. Then I will do two more draws on Monday and Wednesday.
If everything is okay (God, please let everything be okay) then I hope my doctor will do a sono as soon as my betas are 1,000!
My line was so light on Thursday when I called the doctor, I think they suspect I'm not even pregnant, my digital says otherwise!!
Since I've been under the care of an RE, I left a voice at his office regarding our home pregnancy test results.
I suspect I will be going in for blood tests this week and an early ultra sound the following week? I'm feeling anxious about my beta so fingers crossed for good numbers! I think at 8-9 weeks, he transfers his patients an OB.

My doctor wouldn't see me until I was 7weeks. So it's Sept 17th and I'll be 7w4d.
I would call to make sure, because you'll need to have an appointment with an OB doctor or midwife..I'm assuming your annual appointment wasn't with an OB/MW..And usually they want to see you around 8 weeks..Good luck!
I have my appointment scheduled for the 27th..And I'm hoping I'll have an u/s that day too..From what the receptionist said, it's a pretty in depth appointment, going over history's, questions/answers, loads of info for me..I also have an appointment on the 7th with my MW to discuss the meds that I'm on/was on..I was hoping at that time to ask her if I could have a dating ultrasound, because I'm not too sure about my dates..
