Hi from a first timer :)

Hello! I got my BFP yesterday so I'm introducing myself in case I have questions (which I know I will). I was sort of active on TTC for awhile until I changed jobs and got a lot busier. This was only our second month of TTC and I thought I was out - I spotted for 5 days, had some bright red blood some of those days, but then it stopped and my temp stayed up so I tested yesterday morning at 17DPO and BAM! Super dark pink line appeared immediately, so I'm definitely pregnant. Which, in retrospect, explains why I've been hungry and tired for the last week - ever since the one-day dive in my temperature. Hmm...implantation drop? This is our first and we are both SO excited! DH is a med student and I'm a teacher, so the timing is totally perfect - should be due at the start of May and I'll only have to take a short maternity leave and then get to spend all summer with the little one. This is the only summer that DH gets off of school, too!So, we're holding our breath and praying that everything goes well! Happy to join you ladies!
