hi everyone,
so my first 15 pounds "fell off" (as they say) in the first week. the second 15 pounds are not budging! i'm at the end of week 5 post pregnancy. i don't breast feed, but i jog 1-2 miles 4 times/week, and i try to watch my calorie intake, but i'm not sure i'm doing a good job with the diet/food end of things. does anyone have any tips?

I agree with the PP. It is 5 weeks PP. I gained 54 lbs this time. I lost 30 w/i 2 weeks. I lost everything in 3 weeks with #2, so I wanted it to fall off again.... 3.5 months later, I still have 14 lbs of baby weight to lose. I have been tracking calories as well as working out daily. I was running 3 miles a day but have switched it up to include the 30 day shred as well as running, walking and the eliptical (well until it broke the other day).
It will happen, watch your diet and shoot for maximum water intake.
