Serious anxiety

I live in VT and have my SIL's baby shower in NH today.  I drove to Boston last night to visit friends, and much of the drive, I had heart palpitations just THINKING about tomorrow (now today).  I am freaking out about this stupid shower.  I don't think I've ever not wanted to do something so much. 

BUT-- I get to meet Sunflower730 afterwards.  I can use that to get me through.
