SO not how I wanted to spend my Saturday!!

My small dog, Miller, has been scratching for a few days so I figured I better check him out. And of course I found a flea!! WTF?! Where did that come from!

So I had to take them both to the vet to get frontline. Then come home and bathe them. Morgan, the big one, is 106 lbs and hates getting a bath. Then I had clean the entire house top to bottom. Wash all the bedding, rugs, clothes....ect. I had to vacuum the couches, the bedrooms, living room and the stairs. Then spray EVERYTHING with flea killer.

Now im exhausted!! What a great day!

    I gave my dogs Frontline (just today) so I don't have to deal with that.  Sorry and I hope you got them all.  You will still feel a little itchy even when there isn't anything on you.  My cats had them years ago....good luck.

    Thanks girl! I don't even know where the came from. But im pretty sure with all the cleaning I did today that I got them! Little-bastards!!

    So sorry! We have our dog on Comfortis, it's a once monthly pill he gets with his Heartguard and it works great.

    Although a crappy way to spend your Saturday, your consolation prize is now you have a sparkly clean house!

    Our cat had one a few weeks ago too! We took no chances and we smoke bombed our house to kill anything that was in it. Came back and washed EVERYTHING in it. We also put frontline on our cat.

    I feel your pain, we had the same thing a few weeks ago. Hopefully you have better luck killing them all.

    My friend just went through that a few days ago even though her dog was on Frontline already! I'm sorry you had to spend your Saturday that way... I hope tomorrow is better!

    I know how that is!!! One of my cats is allergic to fleas, and when he starts losing his hair we know we have them. Yesterday morning we found a glob of his hair on the carpet, so we combed him and found a flea. After combing the 2 cats and our dog we found a total of 2 fleas... but we frontlined all 3 of them and we haven't found any more since.
