So this is silly but I can't figure it out...the first day of my last period was July 26th. So according to google I am at the end of my 4th week. So I am guessing you count the weeks at the end not the beginning? Because if I count the week of the 26th as week 1 then this would be the end of my 5th week.
Re: Silly Question
I'm not sure how all the dating works!
I just know that I plug in the date of my LMP and it gives me my due date.
Sorry, I know I'm not much help!
Does the chart assume a 28 day cycle because that could mess with it.
Do you perhaps know the date of conception (us IUI girls have it easy in this department)?

I wondered the same thing!!!
I read this on a website:
Your Pregnancy: Week 4
Is it? Could it be? Yep. At the very end of this week, which also bizarrely marks the end of your first month of pregnancy, you'll miss your period. And the ride of your life will begin.
I thought the FIRST day of week 4 was one month? So should I really be reading 5 weeks?
I know some books start week 1 as the first day of your LMP, so you would actually start reading week 5 after only 28 days??
So confusing!!!
Isn't the formula to figure out your due date something like:
Your O date minus 1 week plus 9 months
For instance my O date is Aug 10, so minus 1 week, Aug 3, plus 9 months for the due date of May 3.
You would have to know when you O to use that formula. Or you can just figure out averages of your cycle length and using LP of 14 days.
But if I used my LMP date, I would be due a week before that because most calculators use the assumption of 28 day cycles with 14 day LP.

Don't know my O date and I do have pretty close to 28 day cycles. As far as due date I heard LMP - 3months +7 days I think that is as accurate as it's going to be I am just trying to figure out what week I am on ha ha
I do think I Oed early at like 9 or 10 days because of EWCM and cramping but I didn't chart so I don't know for sure.
I wasn't confused until I read all your posts! Now I'm sitting here rubbing my chin like an old man.
You are already considered 2 weeks pregnant the day you conceived, or the day you ovulated. So when normal people usually get a positive test, at 14DPO, (2 weeks after you ovulate) and when you normally start your period, you are then 4 weeks along. So technically your baby is only 2 weeks old, but it's counted from your LMP. Just like at 6 weeks your baby is only 4 weeks old, etc.
I feel like that's even more confusing. Haha!
But if you look at what I read (go up a bit) it says that you miss your period at the END of week 4.
I think they say week 4 is CD21-CD28, (for a normal cycle), even thought 4weeks offically isn't until CD28.
I think they want you read what is GOING to happen to you that week.
So: If I'm cycle day 25 (the middle of what I would call week 3) they are calling it Week 4 because I will END this week at 4 weeks??
OMG, so confusing!!

LOL, I'm sitting here scratching my head because I'm getting confused.
I think I get what you're saying. i.e. You're on your 4th week CD 21-28 and the full week is is completed until the end (CD 28), right? So, CD 29 would be the start of week 5 and would be completed at CD 35.
We're catching on haha.
