Still bleeding....

Started spotting on Thursday night, light bleeding, heavy bleeding yesterday..still bleeding today but not as heavy. Went to the OB....can't see anything on a sonogram....took blood to check hormone levels. I'm an emotional mess.

Happen to anyone else? Or someone you know?

I am so sorry that you're going through this. I had spotting/bleeding with Mason all during my first trimester. Each time I would call the Dr. and they would send my for blood work and an u/s. One time it was really heavy that I actually went to the ER. It turned out that everything was fine.

With this pregnancy I was told that I had a subchorionic hemorrhage. It was explained to me as a collection of blood and that is why I was spotting.

When do you get the results from the blood work back? I hope that everything turns out okay for you.

I get my bloodwork from Friday back on Monday. I also go back into the office for more blood work on Monday and should get results on Tuesday.

This happened to me. It didn't end well unfortunately. Its the hardest thing I have ever had to go through. I'm so sorry you have to experience this.

I had a similar thing happen to me in the pregnancy before this current one. I started spotting brown, called my doctor he said it was fine and probably just implantation bleeding, kept spotting the second day then it was light pink he brought me in for blood work.. later that day very heavy cramps and bleeding for a few hours the it was back to spotting, I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks and 5 days. It was a horrible experience to go through. I'm praying this time around is ok. My doctor says it looks great so far! my hormone levels are nice and high!!

Every woman is different some people actually get their period through their entire pregnancy. stay strong and keep your head up.

I had a similar experience with my last pg this summer and miscarried at 6w3d. It was heartbreaking but I lived through it and now I'm pregnant again. I'm sorry you're dealing with this and I hope the outcome is positive. ((hugs)) However, if it is not, there are several forums and many girls here who can help you through it.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I recently went through the same thing. I m/c on July 11 . Started out with light bleeding, which quickly turned into heavy bleeding. Went to the OB the following day and they saw nothing.

I ended up getting pregnant right away again and things are so far so good.

Again, I'm so sorry. I know how heartbreaking it is. Hopefully we'll see you back here soon.

The first thing I want to say is....bleeding SUCKS! I have now had it with both of my pregnancies. I believe with my first pregnancy, it lasted about a week. It was mostly brown, with some pink. I was convinced I was miscarrying, but everything turned out fine. This time, when I started spotting, I wasn't concerned because everything turned out fine last time. My hCG results seemed to show a different story. My doctor prepared me for a miscarriage, but then we saw the heartbeat the other day. Totally shocked!! Anyway, I'm still pregnant and just taking everything one day at a time. Hang in there!!

I had spotting, then heavy bleeding/clots around 7 weeks. I was diagnosed with a very large subchorionic hemorrhage. I just had my NT screen at 11 weeks and most of my hemorrhage had resolved itself and is barely noticeable.
