Is this teething or 3mnth colic or what?

I need your help brainstorming ideas of why DD has all of a sudden become colicky. If it's just colic we'll work through it but if it's something else that I could possibly 'fix' then I'd like your ideas. It's just so sad seeing her fussy all the time:-(

DD was a great newborn for the first 2 weeks but then from about 2weeks-6weeks she was very colicky. She had a terrible diaper rash/yeast infection that wouldn't go away, we learned she had AR and a milk protien interloerance. After we switched formula and got meds, she was a great baby from about 8-14ish weeks, she was even STTN. She only cried if she was hungry, tired, poopy, etc.

Then at 3 months she went through her growth spurt (I think) and then everything changed. First, she started getting up 2-4 times a night. Then she started refusing her bottle-most days she eats 4oz every 3 hrs but there are days like today when she's only ate about 10-15oz total:-(She's also had some higher temps on random days-around high 99, low 100's. She's also fussy alot. Nothing really soothes her, she just eventually calms down. 

I took her too the pedi and they increased her AR meds and said she maybe teething. The AR meds don't really seem to make a difference and she's hasn't cut any teeth yet. For a day her right cheek was super red and hot, and she really chewed on her toys on that side but since then there hasn't been alot of signs she's teething. I have been giving her Hylands teething tablets which sometimes seems to help, sometimes not. 

Anyone have ideas on things we could try to see if that's what is making her uncomfortable? I know colic usually ends around 3 months, but maybe it's just starting for her? I just feel bad for my lil peanut, I hate to see her so upset.

(we haven't changed where she sleeps, her formula, or anything major like that) I should say that the last week we have been working on a nap 'schedule' for her (healthy sleep habits, healthy child) She used to only cat nap a few times a day...now she takes about 2, 2-hr naps. During the naps she'll wake up and I go in and rock her back to sleep a few times before she's able to sleep for an hour or so on her own. She also takes a cat naps in between the naps and bedtime.
