1. I think that ear peircing and circumcision are two completely different things. I have neutral feelings for both, and certainly both can be cultural, but someone who is against ear peircing saying they can make the same arguments for circumcision...thats just silly!

2. While I personally don't practice any form of sleep training, saying that a mother who uses it as a last resort tool is teaching her child learned helplessness is also just silly! Mind your own P's and Q's and stop being so judgy.

3. I also think the notion that babies and young toddlers aren't capable of manipulation is also just silly.

4. A person can have good points, but the second they get nasty and attack someone else' children, their points are completely lost and lose all validity.

5. If you have time to post on TBPS, posting about choosing not to Bump and spend time with you LO, is also just plain silly....clearly you're still spending time online....that is unless you've hired someone to post on TBPS for you....which would be even sadder.

6. I like the Monkey Harness. And I don't judge moms who use shopping cart covers...in fact I own one....that way I don't have to shudder watching my child chew on the shopping cart bar. Shuddderrrrr!

7. I do use my child's name over and over again in spoken conversation and when I write about him (Instead of using DC or DS) Why? Because I like it and its an awesome name.
