LOL sorry, never heard of it! I think we mostly bought Sara Lee when I lived with my parents, years ago. Since moving out, I don't think I've ever bought deli meat... Hmm...

Boar's Head is better for you because it has fewer additives. However, additives are not the reason people freak out about deli meant, Listeria is. If you're buying it from a reputable place you should be fine, no matter what kind you get. If you don't mind paying a little extra, Boar's Head is probably a good way to go (although it doesn't stay "fresh" as long as more heavily processed meat).
I was told by the dietician aT my high risk OB office for GD (with my first pregnancy) that fresh sliced deli meats (like Boar's Head) are fine. Its the pre-packaged ones that aren't good because they use nitrates to keep it fresh longer.
