First Appointment Monday!

I have my first appointment Monday with just the nurse.  What should I expect?

    Bloodwork, paperwork, medical history, she'll go over the "dos and don'ts" - bring a list of any questions/concerns you have.

    My first appointment is on Monday too!  I have nightmares about hearbeats, twins, bleeding, etc.  I hope they do an ultrasound to ease my mind.  Can they see a heartbeat at 7 weeks?
