I'm from 0-3 but I figured since y'all have been using them for a lengthier time, you would know for sure. I heard the Bjorn possibly caused problems with baby's hips or something... Will the hug hold in the Moby be ok or do the same thing as Bjorn? Thanks!
Re: Is the Moby safe for baby?
ETA: we have an Ergo now and I don't think DD would have liked it as much in the beginning. She loved being held close and tight to me. The Ergo though is fantastic once their bigger. After about 4 months DD didn't want to be so confined so I switched to different carriers.
I loved mine, and used mine from like 2 wks of age. DS loved it, he napped in it quiet well, and I got so much done with it. I will say that it was pain to learn how to do at first, but I got used to it.
I will also say that if I were going to use the Moby out and about with my son, I would 'pre tie' it on me, drive to destination, then put him in it (safely) - it is really really long and there was no way I was going to tie that thing around me in a parking lot or public place with unsanitary ground/floor.
