I have been CD'ing since LO was born, but also using disposables while I found some CD I liked. Currently I have 12 unbleached prefolds, 3 fitted thirsties, 2 fitted kissaluvs, 3 pocket aio thirsts, 1 fuzzi Bunz. I believe that is all I have. I also have 6 covers. Any others you recommend I should get since I
Want to build my stash up a little bit more.
Re: What CD don't I have that you recommend?
Bum Genius, duh! I love the fuzzibunz, but I love the BGs more. Even with the new elastic system on the fbs, the bgs fit better, IMO. The snaps wear better, but you can get the bgs with snaps now as well. I love their inserts that fold over as you go up too.
Try them!
I started out with Bum Genius 3.0's and was not a fan (bulky, leaks, difficult to get the fit right on a newborn/small baby). I use SoftBums and they are great because they have adjustable leg openings and are not as bulky. They fit better overall and I've never had a leak (I had lots of leaks with BG).
I have also heard good things about GroBaby but I haven't tried them. Wammies have some cute prints (I have the cow print and LOVE it). GL!

Ditto this. They are quite trim and I love them with a fleece liner to make them stay dri. The only reason I don't have more is that DS is a big kid (10 months and 25 lbs) so I don't think we will get full use out of them.
I have a bit of everything in my stash. I've found as DS has grown and his size and output have changed they have all been useful. The other one I am liking is a TotBots OS AIO - it's a bit like a pocket but the insert is attached and flips out for the wash. It's bamboo and microfibre and very absorbent but also trim. Made in the UK which I also like. I have about a half dozen Bububebes that I use for overnight and love.
I love Blueberry diapers. They work GREAT for overnights and the minkys are so gorgeous!
They just dropped the price on Minky's to $24.95.
I 2nd the wool suggestion! We use prefolds with covers. I handknit my daughter quite a few soakers and skirties. I should actually get started on some longies...
I cant wait to find out the sex of this baby so I can get started on widdle wool soakers!
