motion sickness

Anyone else get motion sickness?  i get sick now from being a passanger in the car and have a 4 hour trip on Friday I am supposed to go on.  Due to the motion sickness I am thinking of passing. Know of anything that is safe and helps?

    Call your doctor! Some docs are ok with benadryl, some say no, but it does help with motion sickness a little. Let us know if you find a good answer to that question.... I am planning to fly in Nov and planes always make me sick, so I need to either take something, puke on the plane or stay home!

    I was having this problem, try sea bands you can get them at any pharmacy and they really work

    I always got motion sick before pregnancy, but now it's 100x worse. I can't be a passenger at all and if I go somewhere I HAVE to drive or I will throw up and sometimes I still get sick.

    Check with your doctor. Mine was ok with me taking a half dose of Bonine.
