sheesh-  i was out with a good friend and we were talking about the pg, and someone overheard and was all like, 'oh is this your first', when i said no she was just like 'oh' and nothing...  And DH put something about it on FB and someone actually responded "second child... who cares, but seriously congrats".  wtf

    Someone actually wrote who cares?!?!?  Thats awful.  I'm assuming they thought they were being funny but ewww nonetheless.  I don't get the reactions of some people.  A child being brought into this world is a miracle and a wonderful blessing for your family and it is exciting and amazing no matter how many you've already had!!  I'm sorry you're dealing with this, I'm excited for you Smile

    You would think that if they had to type it their filter would stop them, but I guess not. That is just wrong.

     How have you been? Are you guys going to find out if Brooks is going to have a brother or sister? (weren't you team green with Brooks? For some reason I'm remembering you were)

    team green again!  we looved waiting and it got us out of sharing names LOL.  I could be convinced- but DH is hardcore.

    What about you?  how was your NT?

    I'd delete the comment and hen message the person and let them know they were not only WAY off base but very rude as well.

    i know what you mean...especially since it is pretty soon after having my daughter noone really seemed overly excited except for my immediate family.  I am totally excited!

    That's horrible!

    This is my 3rd and it is exciting, but different!  This time, I have my sweet DD's to share the excitement with.  They are old enough to know what is going on and ask so many questions!  My oldest asks every day,  "What fruit is our baby?"

    The first was exciting, but scary.  The second was exciting, but unexpected!

    People are so rude!

    NT scan went well, I think, I'll get all the results next Monday. We are going to find out again. There is no way I could wait, DH either. He is hoping for a little girl this time. We should know soon since they took a DNA gender determination test on Monday, just waiting for the results.
