Re: When is first tri officially over?
depends where you look (what site, book etc.) but officially its 13w3d
13.3 x 3 = 39.9 weeks.
There are three different ways of measuring trimesters - Development (12w), Gestation (13w3d) and Conception (14w5d)

General consensus on the boards (that I've seen) is 13w3d.
IMO - measuring by gestation isn't accurate. The only accurate measure of trimesters is fetal development. Which makes 2nd tri start the first day of the 13th week, or 12w0d pg.
