Happy Hump Day Ladies,
Hope your week is going well. So far it seems that those of you that check in have been doing pretty well with exercising. Keep it up ladies! Just keep remembering that we are being healthy for our LOs. They need their mamas to be around for a long, long time.
Tuesday: 30 minutes of strength training with trainer - arms, back, abs
Wednesday: 45 minute walk with DS
