Heard the heartbeat at my appt. today!

It took all of one second for the doctor to find it, which I guess makes sense at 16 weeks. What a beautiful sound! The second trimester is going very well, and DH and I are so blessed. How is everyone feeling? Anyone else have appointments this week?

    None this week I have one next wednesday to check out everything since I have been having some bleeding issues! Im so excited!

    Mine was today! The doctor heard the heartbeat right away (a relief because she couldn't find it at 13 weeks and I got an ultrasound). The first thing she heard was a kick!

    Appointment was a breeze other than that - only other notable thing was the quad screen, which I'll get the results for later this week!

    Congrats on hearing the heartbeat!! We have an appointment tomorrow, but the doctor I saw last time was able to get the heartbeat at almost 12 weeks. But hopefully we will get the results of our NT test. We took it 3 weeks ago, but I wanted to wait until the next appointment to discuss results.

    Yay for great appointments!  I'm glad to hear all is going well with you and LO Smile

    I had an appt today too!  It was great when he just put the doppler on my belly and immediately heard the 1st one, then he moved it around real quick and found the 2nd one.  I am also feeling so blessed, I have a bump now and its starting to feel real and I'm actually letting myself get happy.

    I had an appt today too but I was scheduled for an ultrasound too so we heard the heartbeat 150 and saw our LO it is such an amazing feeling when you hear that heartbeat! baby is doing well and is growing fast!

    No appointments this week, but last Friday we got to hear the heartbeat for the first time at 12 weeks! It was so awesome especially since we hadn't had any u/s or anything so this was the first confirmation of the pregnancy other than peeing on stuff! I agree, it is the most beautiful sound in the world! We taped it on my DH's phone and texted it out to almost everyone we knew! Hehe. And I subjected all my friends to the recording all weekend! And the midwife found it within about 2 seconds! I was so happy because I had already prepared myself for it to take a while. My little Butter Bean knew that I needed the reasurance! It was so awesome! Can't wait till the next appointment so we can hear it agan!
