Why do I have to unbutton my pants...

in 1st Trimester
when I sit down!  I feel like I gain 5 inches!  It's really bad because I am at work and I am a teacher! This is the kids first day and luckily the admin made us wear t-shirts and mine is really big.

    LOL - me too! I've already busted out my Bella Band and am wearing it right now (I put it in my purse before I leave for work in the morning - I know by lunchtime I'll need it!).

    I'm due the same day and I actually was just trying to decide if anyone would notice if I unbuttoned my pants Stick out tongue  Luckily, I work at an office behind a desk so I may be able to get away with it!

    I know what you mean, I am just so bloated. Thankfully, I have been tee-teeing all dang day, so that seems to be helping a little as far as the bloat goes. I might as well just pour my bottled water straight into the toilet :)

    I feel the same way! Im 6 weeks and have gained 3.6 lbs but it feels like a lot more. I guess they say its the bloating. I go straight home from work and immediately change into sweatpants lol.

    Im glad Im not the only one! I thought that I was imaginig things! Ill be so glad when the roundness of my tummy (other than the normal fat!) will be the baby instead of the bloaties! Big Smile

    Yeah same here. I wear a longer shirt but I kinda rigged my pants with a hair elastic so they can stretch a bit with the zipper all the way down. I refuse to buy a bella band this early for bloat alone. When the baby gets bigger, then I will spring for one haha

    I don't wear pants, but I definitely can't zip my skirts all the way up anymore. I know I have gained quite a few lbs because the first few weeks, all I wanted to eat was comfort foods.

    I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who already can't fit into my clothes! I'll only be 5 weeks along tomorrow-- please tell me this gets better?  I thought I would be able to make it to 4-5 months before I bought maternity clothes???
