  Under-roll them and pin them.  That's what we've done with DS' pants.  He's in 18 mth right now but they're still an inch and a half too long so I just rolled them under and pinned them on the seam.

  Roll them up. I personally don't pin B's pants simply because pins can come undone and poke. I know, because I have to pin ALL my pants until I can get them to a tailor and I've drawn blood on myself more than once through simple daily activity (walking, pulling on/off).

  They do make sticky stuff you can use to "hem" pants without scissors or needles, though I can't think of the name. You could try that, I'm just not sure how easily it comes off.  

  Honestly, unless it's for pictures or a formal occasion, I really don't think anyone will judge you for having visible rolls on your child's pants.
