Hi... how is everyone?
I can tell there are a lot of teachers on this board. It's been quiet lately since school started. How are you all doing? How was the first day back for all the teachers?
My day went well... can't complain. I have one intensive reading class with 15 kids and they already grew on me. They're already worried about who's going to be with them during my mat leave.
My baby shower is coming up this weekend and I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to see what my cousins and my mom have planned. I'm also a little nervous because almost everyone replied YES! I haven't thrown a big party at our house yet, so I hope there's enough room for everyone.
Also, we've got the little girl's room almost all done. We just need the glider and some finishing details. I decided to cancel our hospital classes (childbirth, newborn preparation, etc.) because we just have so much to do and after work I'm pooped. The thought of having to go to classes the next 4 weekends in a row was overwhelming. Thank goodness all my cousins are nurses and my aunt was a NICU nurse!
I hope everyone is doing well and, hopefully, I'll get to spend some more time on the Bump when things settle down at work.

Glad day 1 went well for you! Hope you have fun at your shower this weekend; you are getting closer to meeting your little girl.
I never went to any baby classes and did ok! lol Seems you have all the support you need!

BFP #5 on 09/10/12 (11 DPO). HCG #1 @ 14DPO = 131.6 HCG #2 @ 16DPO = 509

Glad you're doing well! It's so exciting everything is coming together for your nursery. Honestly, it's crossed my mind to cancel our childbirth class, too, because I just can't imagine feeling up to going to the four classes.
I hope you have a wonderful shower! We had a co-ed shower on Sunday and I have another one coming up next Saturday. It's so exciting, but now there's lots of organizing to do.

As you know, my shower is this weekend too! I'm so excited to have everyone see my big belly... a lot of my aunts / cousins haven't seen me pregnant, so it will be fun to see their reaction. And the majority of my invited guests have also responded yes!
We finally ordered our nursery furniture last week, and started to organize the boys' room. I've posted my guest room furniture on CL numerous times, but haven't had any luck. : ( I really want to sell it and get it out of the house already! LOL Maybe during the week we will buy the extra pieces we need for the closets to better organize both rooms (spare and nursery). We have also been heavily looking at baby names, but haven't decided on anything.
Oh, and our childbirth classes are during the week, once a week for 4 wks. We start early Sept... can't wait! Time is flying by so quickly; before we know it, all our babies will be here!
