If you wear glasses or contacts occasionally...

I have mild astigmatism and mild farsightedness and was prescribed glasses for driving, reading and computer use.  They help a lot and I don't wear them that much but when I take them off I get terrible headaches and feel nauseous!  Does this happen to any of you that just wear them occasionally?   I was just ditching them all together to avoid the headaches but they really help so I can't really do that anymore.

    I wear contacts mainly but have glasses for at night and in the mornings. I find my glasses will give me headaches but Im fine with my contacts.

    I also have astigmatism. ENough in my right eye to where I need special contacts, not so bad in the left but still present.
