I want to share my dinner with him tonight--polenta (sliced & sauteed in olive oil) topped with veggies. He hasn't had corn yet, so I'm not sure whether I should give him polenta. But I can't see any reason not to--no food allergies in my family. What do you think?
Re: Can my 1-yr-old eat polenta?
How sad that I didn't even know what polenta was, lol.
I think you could give it to him. A lot of pedis say to wait to give things like that until a year old, so I think if he's at the one year mark, and you feel comfortable with it, do it.
