WTF is going on?

I just got an email from the property manager for my HOA welcoming a woman as our 4th board member...umm I am a board member and to my knowledge we did NOT vote that woman in.  She was the old president before she left and almost told the entire neighborhood to Fvck Off.  She was 100% supportive of the new president and myself, but then started spreading poison around the neighborhood about us, saying it was a conflict of interest that the pres and I are friends and on the board together.  She showed her a$$ at every HOA meeting, being disruptive and just rude, raising her voice to me and the pres.  Then sent around a petition to vote in a 4th board member, we took nominations, but hadn't voted on it yet, but today the property manager send that email at 6:45am.  I questioned her and she hasn't written back yet.  I need to know what the f is going on. I will NOT serve on a board with this woman.  I don't need that kind of drama in my life.
