The drugs obviously have killed his very last little brain cell.

I just received the information from DCSS about how he wants to lower the monthly amount of CS. He states in the paperwork that he only made $2,500 last month, and he only makes an average of $3,200/month normally. Then it asks how many hours a week he works: 70. While I am POSITIVE he does not work even half that amount, if you work 70 hours a week, and the going rate for welders here is $60/hr, then that would mean that you are pulling in $16,800/month. So just based on a rough calculation of 10% of income, the $1,500/month he pays now should be sufficient.

Then he goes on to say that he used to grow marijuana but can't anymore because I turned him into the judge and DA. Indifferent

He also said that I had his bank accounts subpoenaed even though I knew that all of the money that he deposited in there wasn't his. Confused

Despite all of these compelling arguments to the contrary I am still going to try to make every attempt to keep the monthly amount at $1,500. I know I won't see anything whether he's supposed to pay $1,500 or $50 so why not let it add up as much as possible?

I read all this and think two things.

1) Love that he admitted to growing marijuana. Loves it.

2) $60/hour for a welder? Um, D and I need to move out there. He makes that much when he bids job for his side welding business, but not NEAR NEAR that for his "9-5" job.

I was wondering if you would respond because I remembered that D is a welder. Well SD is "self-employed" and that's what he told me he charged. There is another local business where they charge $70/hr but I think he decided to lower his hourly rate because he never took a class. Plus every.single.weld that he does breaks. Stick out tongue

You and D should move out here!!! You and I could hang out all the time and D could put SD's "business" out of business! Haha!

Oh, and funny welding related story.

We went to the park a couple of weeks ago, and were playing on some of the old metal play ground equipment.

D was inspecting all the welds. "Good weld" "Bad weld" "Ugly bead"
