6 1/2 weeks nipple confusion or growth spurt

LO has been EBF since birth, and I waited until this week to see how she would take a bottle of pumped milk to prepare for going back to work. She had no trouble gulping it down. Then later took the breast as normal.

Last night, she 'nursed' for almost an hour - she's usually only a 15-20 minute nurser and gulps. But last night, she started out well then just seemed to pull/knaw on me for the rest of the feeding. Whenever I would take her off assuming she was just pacifying herself, she cried as though hungry. I ended up giving her additional bottle 2 oz 

She did that again this morning and this afternoon....stays on for an hour and only seems to be gulping for the first few minutes.

I'm not sure if its a growth spurt, nipple confusion, or a supply issue?

    Sometimes my LO will do this.  I believe she likes the bottle nipple flow better.  I have used a nipple shield but this is to get her to take the breast.  I think it slows down flow, so probably not what you want.  Sorry if this doesn't help, hope things get better!
