Early Gender Scans?

What is the earliest you had an early gender scan (if you had one)?  Was it right?

DH and I were going to make one at a free-standing 3d/4d ultrasound place around 16w, but when I called, they said they could get us in the next day (yesterday).  So, we had an early gender scan yesterday at 14w4d and they are PRETTY SURE what we're having, but we had a stubborn little one in there, leaving his/her legs crossed the whole time (even after a bathroom break for me!).   I was told I am likely having a BOY, but am trying not to say he/him too much just in case it was wrong.  :)  

Nonetheless, I highly recommend 3d/4d ultrasounds.  We saw our baby suck his (?) thumb, wave at us (seriously! In real time), hold hands in prayer position, cover face, etc.  So so so awesome to see.

    I found out with DD at 15 weeks and I will attempt to find out with this one at 15 weeks also.

    This definitely makes me want to get one...just to see all the movement and the different things the baby does in there : ) I am planning on doing one at around 17 weeks as a birthday present for my mom and mother-in-law (they are 2 days apart, and I turn 17 weeks in the middle of their birthdays). This makes me even more excited to do it!

    I went at 16 wks with DD. and My apt for this one is this Sat!!!! I will be 15 wks and 2 days. CANT WAIT!!!!!

    I just scheduled mine at n elective ultrasound place. They said they would do the gender scan until 16 weeks, so I scheduled it right on 16 weeks. I'm inpatient but I also want an accurate scan since I'm paying out of pocket.

    I have mine scheduled for September 7th. They said you have to be 14 weeks for them to guarentee. i will be a little over 15 then. We are so excited!!!

    We had ours done at 14weeks5days, they say 14 weeks on they can guarantee the gender at a local 4d ultrasound place here in san diego. Within about 1 minute we where told we where 100% having a boy! we where both super impatient and there was no way we could wait until the 20 week ultrasound at the doctors office. It was the best $99 we have spent in a long time- ours came with a 10 minute dvd of the whole ultrasound which went between 2d and 4d, and also some photos!

    I go in 11 days. I will be 14w5d then and am SO excited.

    I didn't get to find out with DD. She was stubborn so she was our surprise and DS I found out at 16 weeks.
