Has anyone heard that you can't do this? My dr has not said anything to me, but I read about it, in my pregnancy book. I normally sleep on my side, but sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and realize I am sort of on my back. I am just curious about what everyone else heard or was told by their dr. TIA.
Re: Sleeping on your back
you can s till do it now. Its for later on when the uterus is heavy. Dont worry, your body will let you know. For instance...you won't be able to breath. haha
I sleep on my back or belly if I still can.
On my back I feel my hard belly and its sort of not so comfy.
Sleep how you are comfy now! and don't worry if you wake up in your sleep and are in a no no position, your body will wake you and warn you if you need to move. The human body is super amazing, even more so during pregnancy.
THIS!! Right now there's not enough weight to cause circulatory probs, so go for it. (The only problem for me is that it makes me have to pee more! My side lets me hold a little more at night.)
