I have a cold

or maybe I'm just feeling the effects of black mold growing in my building.  Regardless, I have a stuffy/runny nose, pretty bad cough (which of course causes me to practically pee my pants), sore throat, chest pain when breathing, sneezing, stuffy head, and drainage in my ears.  I'm achy too, so I hope it's not the flu, but I'm normally achy these days do to the lack of being comfy while sleeping.  What can I take?  Anything?

    my OB tells me tylenol and benedryl which knocks me out so I only take it at night.  Also the sinus rinses are my saving grace these days with the new found pregnancy allergies.  I'm sorry you're feeling so crappy.

    i swear by a sinus rinse or netti pot during a cold.  After you shower and a few hours before bed.  I think also now that I am in the third tri, I might consider a OTC decongestent if  I had a bad cold.

    Sorry you are feeling so badly!  I have a magnet at home with all the medications you can and can't take but that isn't very helpful since I'm at work.  I had a bad cold when I was pregnant with E and I took sudefed and it sucked...I felt like I got worse after taking it.

    Must be going around, Mel. I've been sick since last Thursday. I must've gone through about a 1/2 box of tissues at work yesterday. Being sick is never fun... but being sick and being pregnant really sucks! I don't know anything that you could take, but happy to start a pity party for us! Haha! Hope you feel better soon.
