my little one has a pretty bad diaper rash and i was wondering if anyone knows what kind of wipes to use? our peditrician told us to use non alcohol or fragrance free ones so we have been, and we are using triple paste on the rash. he has had it for a couple of weeks

does anyone have any advice on what cleared it up for their little one?
Re: diaper rash
That makes me wonder if it's something worse than regular diaper rash.
Try a clean wash cloth or cotton gauze and plain water. And make sure LO is 100% dry before putting a diaper on, and check it more often.

We had the best luck when we started rinsing out the wipes prior to use. Our pedi said it was the chemicals on the wipes (even the sensitive ones) that were contributing to the rash. We saw a noticeable difference with in a day. Now, I don't rinse them out every time due to laziness on my part, but if I notice her getting at all red, It just takes a few diaper changes of rinsing them out to fix the problem. The other suggestion from the pedi was not to use wipes at all and only use a wash cloth and water, but that seemed like a lot of extra laundry for me and I already had the wipes
.
Be especially careful doing this on a boy... you WILL get peed on.
