    My Quest reclines, but doesn't lie flat.

    My Techno XLR reclines to flat, so is rated for a newborn. It also has a carseat adapter, so I love it!

    Ditto!!  We have this as our second stroller and LOVE it.  The flat recline is great, even for a 1 year old.
