  • I only made 3 out of the 5 days for yoga Sad  (I got sick on fri and sat)

    but I did end up walking for a total of an hour and 1/2 which was 30 min extra! so that evens out a lil.

    my goals for this week are going to be the same as last week with 5 days of yoga and 2, 30 min walks.

  • I did so good! I'm really proud of myself! Walked 5 morning last week (30 mins/walk) and did my Yoga video 4 day!

    This week, I'm going to try for the 5 days walking and 5 days yoga.

  • I do mixed martial arts and I try to get in three classes a week, but last week I only did two because I was sick Thursday. However, I did do a lot of walking Friday and Saturday while shopping; that counts, right? I hope to get my three days of MMA in this week, and buy a yoga DVD to do on my off days. Any suggestions for a good DVD? Good luck to everyone and I hope we all make our goals!
  • This next week I am going to try and work out four or five days!! I have to get buns of steel because I am not ok with my butt getting bigger!! Lol

  • I met my goal of going to the gym 3 days last week. Barely!

    I have the same goal this week. I would really like to do 4. Also I am trying to push myself a little harder while I am there. Now that I feel like myself there is no reason to be slacking so much!

    Did 40 minutes on the elliptical today, and some shoulders.
