TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

Moving on to IUI...glad I brought my calendar

I just returned home from meeting with the doctor and this cycle we are doing an IUI as long as the u/s is good.

I am glad I brought my calandar.  I also now understand the meaning of others' siggies and the drugs listed, etc.

I am still taking Femara.  Saturday-Follistism Pen and Novarel shots after the u/s.  I think there is something else I have take after the IUI but I can't remember.  I will look over the papers later.

As most of you know I work the night shift so I am going to go snuggle with DH before we have to get up for work. I just wanted to share with you where I am at in the process.

I appreciate those of you that have been supportive of me through posts and PMs.

I am praying this works for us because IVF is a whole lot of money!

  • GL with it.  I hope it works.  It is a lot of appointments, but is a pretty easy process.

  • Good luck!  Did your Dr give you a list of instructions? Mine gives me a cheat sheet with when I should take everything and what to do.  I hope this works for you.

  • Thanks ladies!  Yes it is progesterone I will be taking after the IUI.  As far as a cheat sheet I have one, but hate because at the top in big bold letters it reads "INFERTILITY PATIENTS" !  I now have it on my calendar too.

    Thanks for the positive encouragement!
