HR needs to STFU!

I turned in my FMLA paperwork this morning and just got a phone call from my HR lady. She asks me when I'm due to deliver (I reply Dec 7th). And then she says this:

"Oh from looking at you, it would have thought it was much sooner."

Great. Thanks for making me feel like the fattest person on the planet. I know people think it's ok to make whatever asinine comments they want to a pg person but HR? It's not like she would say I was fat if I wasn't pregnant. I guess I would have thought they would have known better.

You should have replied with a snarky comeback. I'm sorry people say stupid things just because they have a whole in their face. Let her know that her comment disappointed you and it was not called for. I wish I could smack her for you!

Wow shes in HR and she said that...crazy stuff sounds like my HR (they get fired every 6 months basically).
