Anyone having backaches already?!

Just wondering if anybody else has had a sore back already? DH thinks it might be because my boobs are getting so big and I'm a smaller girl.. Hmm I bought a snoogle which seems to help at night, but the back soreness has been such a pain! literally!

    I don't know exactly where your back pain is, but mine is mostly my really lower back. And yes, I have it already too. I also have a very large chest which I'm sure isn't helping the case!

    Hi cgator - yes, but mine's in the upper back, especially underneath my shoulder blades and along my neck. Baby weight? Boob weight? Spinal changes? Weird sleeping positions? Who knows!

    Yes yes YES. The past two weeks have been awful. I think it's because of sleeping on my side, which I'm not used to. A little over a week ago, I tried taking a warm bubble bath to relieve the muscle tension but ended up hurting my tailbone in the process. Going to the chiropractor is the only thing that helps...going again today.

    after really long walks I can feel my back hurting, I must be leaning back.  Also noticed my tailbone hurting, had same problem with my son last pregnancy that started around this time as well.

    i know it's horrible, but i love seeing posts like this. it makes me feel like i'm not alone. everyone i talk to in real life who is pregnant or has been tells me about their picture perfect pregnancies. really?! my back has been mostly okay, but my hips have been torture.

    You are definitely not alone with backache issues. Prior to getting pregnant, I pulled a muscle in my back and had sciatica issues.  So my back has been in pain since the beginning of pregnancy.  The snoogle definitely helps.

    I totally am. It gets really stiff, too- if I'm bending over to help my son do something at the table, when I get up my back gets this jab in it and I can't stand up straight.

    This post also makes me feel better, in the "I'm not alone" style!  For me, the sore backpain is down just north of my tailbone. It's so odd, but constantly sore.
