In an attempt to be motivational

My sister told me about this website, promising that it wasn't as disgusting as it sounds:

I have had a couple now and they aren't disgusting at all.  It's no chocolate brownie but it isn't gross either.  Then I found this girl's other website, here:

Oh She Glows

Which is even more motivational, especially looking at her before and after pics.  I think "glow" is a pretty appropriate word.  So, I am going to take baby steps, changing one thing at a time, and hopefully I too will get my glow back.

  • So she uses them as meal replacements, or?
  • I have had these as well! I think they are good, but I try and stick with the basic, definitely NO berries. They muck it all up! I do not use them as meal replacements, but drinking one before a meal would fill you up some. I usually have them after a workout to get my energy back up and "replenish".
