How soon did your OB want to see you?

I just called my OB's office today, and they asked if I could come in tomorrow. I was a little freaked out because its all happening so fast. lol. But I have an appointment next Monday. With DD, I don't think I saw my OB so soon. I guess I'm just surprised.

My dr didnt schedule an appt until 10 weeks. i FINALLY go on Thursday AM! It has been the longest 6 weeks of my life.

I'm 4 weeks 4 days. My appt isn't until September 23rd. My doc's practice doesn't do first appts until 7/8 weeks. Although I do have to go meet with the maternity nurse in early September (just to run down medical history, go over the dos and don'ts, etc).

I see mine tomorrow (4 weeks 5 days), and they made it seem like that was such an inconvenience! "Oh dear, we can't get you in until next Tuesday, will that be alright?"

I was stunned. But they also didn't ask me for my LMP or anything so maybe they assumed I at least missed a period?

I got my BFP last Monday/Tuesday, called the dr Tuesday morning & had 1st appt Weds morning. I was 6wks the day of my appt, but my dr had no idea how far along I was. They just told me to come in.

I thought it was strange that they wanted to see me so soon. With DD, I got my BFP on 10/26 and didn't see my OB until 11/06.

I went in around 4 wks for a comfirmation appt and then to do the first round of blood work. I called on a Friday and went in on the following Monday.

Same here. With my first they wouldn't see me until 8 weeks, and I have a different Dr. now and they wanted me to come in the next day. I couldn't make it the next day so I'm going tomorrow. I guess they are going to confirm it?

1st pg - 9/10 weeks

2nd pg - 7 weeks since the 1st pg ended in m/c around 6/7 weeks. However, I happened to have an appt the day after I got my bfp this time so I was able to get in for bloodwork that day and had a followup beta a couple of days later. That really helped set my mind at ease and get me through the weeks until my first appt. It's next week and I can't wait.

My midwife said she usually starts seeing people between 8 and 12 weeks. I'm going in at 9wk2d.

Mine schedules 1st appointment with a nurse for between 6-8 weeks and 1st appointment with midwife/ob for between 10-12 weeks.

My first appointment with the midwife will be at 8 weeks, which is next Friday. (According to LMP, I know I'm not that far:)) Not sure when I see the doctor.

I got my BFP this morning and called the doctor's office as soon as it opened. I told the receptionist that I wanted to come in as soon as possible because I had a lot of spotting last week and I got an appointment for tomorrow morning. I'm glad because I'm very nervous/worried since I wasn't expecting this positive at all (after all the spotting).
