No sac at U/S today

so, I had my first appointment today and the OB/GYN did an U/S without me asking for it. And he saw a tiny shadow that might be a sac, but he said it might not be. He seemed not worried because I am max 4 weeks 6 days and every single day makes a huge differerence. So he gave me a lab request for HCG levels. They took me right away eventhough they already were closed. So tonight or tomorrow I can look up my results. Next Friday I should come and see him again, since I will be in Europe for a week inbetween. Wish me luck - I will keep you updated.
