I did my daughter's room in a similar style as the quilty one (pink flowers, very dainty looking) and I LOVE the quilt one! I voted for that one.
However, I'd personally go for the sunny one for a few reasons: It's very gender neutral which would be great for future babies, and my Grampa is a huge fan of old western books and movies. When me and my sisters spent the night at my grandparent's, he'd come in at 7am every morning singing 'Oh, What a beautiful MOORRRNING... Oh, what a beautiful day... I slept up this wonderful feeling, Everything's going my way!' (It's from Oklahoma.) I get teary-eyed thinking about it.
Gosh dang it, if I didn't already have neutral bedding for this baby I'd want to buy the sunny one just because it reminds me of my grampa!!!
If it helps, I think either way the room will be painted a light green. We are not pink people. I like the quilty one because it has some pink to it, but the sunny one is just so pretty and different.
