I'm not sure yet. Something that doesn't require a hat, hood, or anything that goes on his face. LOL He wouldn't keep any of it on.
LoL....same here.

I was leaning towards Snow White again. I made her costume last year and made it size bigger thinking, eh, what's a couple of inches? Well, it was huge on her. We had to safety pin it smaller or it would have fallen down her chest. It will easily fit her again this year. DH thinks it's mean to put her in it 2 yrs in a row and when she's older she'll be mad. I say who cares.
If he wins, she'll either be Minnie Mouse or Belle. We go to Disney at least twice a year, so it's nice to have Disney themed dresses that she can wear there.
I've been thinking black cat. Black shirt/sweater (weather dependent), I'll make her a black tutu and pair with with some black leggings and a slap a tail on the back of it. Painting her face and getting her to keep the ears on could get ugly. She already has a long sleeve black cat face shirt from Carters so I could always use that. We love cats around here and her wardrobe has always been full of kitty cat stuff, so it just seems right.
ETA: I was just looking at Pottery Barn's stuff and they have the costume that I just described making for $69. Holy crap! They have an adorable matching black cat treat tote though that I may not be able to resist.
Whatever DS picks out. He's into picking his clothes out everyday and there's no way I'll get him into a costume he doesn't like. I don't care if it's the most hideous costume I've ever seen. If he likes it, he's getting it. I am not having a meltdown before TOT.
Probably a cow..funny, we just discussed this at a family dinner the other night.
If it was up to me, I wouldn't chose until mid october. But Jake's aunt is going to sew the costume and she's a little (cough, a lot) more organized than I am.

He was a lion last year, the cutest lion in the world if you ask me.
I still have the costume, and I'd like to see if he could fit into it again to see if he'll wear it. The costume is the same style (hood & one piece) as the tiger and bumblebee idea...so I also want to see how he'll fair in it as well.

I got an adorable puppy costume from a consignment sale, but it has a gigantic dog head hood... I'm not sure she'll keep that on either.. So we have a cheerleader outfit as a backup. :-)

I'm making Snow White this weekend! Wish me luck! Now you have me nervous because I cut out the material for a size two thinking the same thing! LOL maybe I should alter it a bit as a go...
I think my boys are going to be Bob and Larry from Veggie Tales.

This! We are thinking superman or a vampire?
This, not sure what yet.
I know this is cruel, but I'm not sure I can help myself. We talked about him having chicken legs for so long, this just seems to fit.
I was just looking and I'm thinking Superman.
It is not cruel - it is soooo cute!! Where is it from? Love it!
Chasing Fireflies. I think it is adorable and ridiculous all at once.

Let's try this again...
