Have anyone purchased a bunk bed from Ikea?

Our boys want to share a room, but the 2 yr old keeps climbing into bed and keeping our 5 yr old awake lol.  We are looking for an inexpensive set of bunk beds and saw some cute ones at Ikea.  Just curious if they held up (metal frames) and if you thought the mattresses were ok?

    Ikea has an adorable bunk bed that would be perfect for 2 small kids. The top bunk is not high off the ground and the bottom bunk is actually on the floor. I believe they call it a loft bed, but in the display section of our local store they put a mattress on the bottom and a canopy over the top that looks like a night sky to make it a bunk bed. I am actually pretty jealous they don't make it in adult sizes haha.

    We have what the PP just linked.  They've had it since March and are now 5 and 2 1/2.  I like it because it's not very high.  We have a nice thick soft mattress on the bottom for DD - it's pretty cozy down there.  It was her first bed out of the crib and she loves it - and I can cuddle her if need be.

    She can't get up to his bed without help, so he also uses it as a stash for stuff he doesn't want her to get. 

     We bought the bed tent, but I got frustrated getting it to stay put and he's never asked...

    I've seen loft beds on other sites that are pretty cool - with like curtains along the bottom so the bottom bed is in a castle or whatnot...

    We really like it and it seems very sturdy.  Right now, DS sleeps on the bottom bunk and we have the ladder removed until he gets older.  It's held up well so far.

    We did not buy Ikea mattresses though - just regular Sealy.
