====karrizma====

For you karrizma on this posting - ?I feel the exact same way.  When I don't skip over his/her responses and actually read them, I wonder why they're always formatted oddly (different font/text size/text color).  I also wonder why they read as if they were written by someone who doesn't speak English as a first language, or by a little kid trying to sound "grown up."?

Right now I have no idea why I am so mixed up. Please bear with me through this pregnancy it is taking it toll on me I have never felt this way before. Thank God he gave me a DH willing to tolerate me in this condition. I pray that no one else goes through what I am going through. I would not even wish this on my worst enemy. SIL (who is also pregnant) is even baffled by my behavior as well as my own brother.

As to the formatting I have always tried to use somewhat more formal English as I was taught from junior high all the way through college. I took many creative writing classes in college - this was expected in them. Sorry I have never been one to shorten things. As to fond/text size - color ? I am able to do that because DH did something to the programming on my computer so I could do this! I do not know what! But he did it for me.

After you said - ?? by a little kid trying to sound ?grown up.?? I just wonder if that is something possible. I do still have the mind of a child sometimes. Ha-ha! Even DH sometimes says you are so childish  when are you going to grow-up.

  • You're formatting is fvcked up because you're a 60 year old man and haven't seen a classroom since atleast 40 years ago.

  • If this is formal English, I must be a total moron.  I missed the classes she took.

    Being in a relationship with a computer programmer, I know for a fact that he can't do something to your computer to make your fonts and colors change.  It's website based.  They dictate the fonts that you an type in.

    However you can type it elsewhere and paste it in here.

    Loser.  Do you think we are that dumb??

    I just now noticed that I was special enough to get my own posting.

    If I wrote my papers in your "formal English" I would have failed out of school.  Instead of getting mostly As with a few Bs.

    Somehow I doubt you went to college.

    So he showed you how to copy/paste from a word processor, like Microsoft Word?  I mean, there is even a "Paste from Word" button at the top of the box I'm typing this in.

    JUST GO AWAY.

    Like I said above... that is all she's doing... pasting from Word.

  • You did learn this 'formal English' in any school system in the USA. I know this because I teach 3rd grade and even my students understand basic punctuation.
