Monkey Rental? 1st birthday party!
I'm not saying I will rent a monkey or a chimp, but I want options. This is my first baby and his theme has been monkeys since in the womb. Does anyone know where I can rent one? Does anyone have any monkey Ideas for a party like games or decor. And I don't want a curious gorge party. Or does anyone have any theme suggestions for a baby boy party? Thanks all is appreciated.

if you google "monkey party ideas" a ton of sites will come up with everything from supplies to idea. this site i just found has decor ideas and games ideas, plus links to supplies

I love this monkey party theme, I would have used it for ds's 1st b-day but my friends had just used it 6 months prior for their son's birthday.

I did my son's 1st birthday party at the Houston zoo. They have pavilions inside the children's zoo that you can rent (we had the indoor one). You only get the party pavilion for 2 hours, but you get full day admission tickets for 30 people. You can bring in your own decorations and food, so you could still do a monkey theme.
They have an add-on option where the zoo keepers will bring 2 small animals into the party for the kids to interact with. I don't know if monkeys are an option for that ( I think they list rabbits, snakes, that sort of thing), but you could always call them and ask if they have a baby monkey that they could bring?
We are doing a very low key first b-day with a mod monkey cake and pizza.
