Anyone know of any free activities/classes to take with baby?

I've heard a couple of places around the DFW area have free classes/activities for moms and baby to do. I have a 1 month old. I live in McKinney so the closer to home the better, but I don't mind branching out towards other cities though.

I also wouldn't mind finding a mom/baby activity group if anyone wants to help me create one. Activities such as we all agree to meet once or twice a week for a walking trip around the lake, or taking a day hike with baby in a carrier (baby bjorne, or similar product), or taking a picnic at the park, going to the zoo, etc... or since it is 100 degrees we could just do an at home moms group, just until it cools down a bit for outdoor activities.

Anyone interested in forming a group like that?

Also, don't forget to suggest any free classes/activities to do with baby if you know of any.

There is a library called Bookmarks in Northpark Mall. They offer free classes. I took DD to the Baby Bounce class when she was about 2 months old, and she was a little young. I would wait for her to have better head control, and be ready to grab things. If I took her now, I think she'd love it. It was a nice little class though, and they offer some other activities.
