Prenatal Vitamin Recomendation

Hello everyone.

 My husband and I are TTC.  I need to start taking vitamins and am just looking for a good quality vitamin.  I am very hesitant to take any pills as it is as many do not dissolve or even absorb into your system. I have tried a few vitamins already and when doing the dissolve test, they fail horribly.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a vitamin that will actually dissolve and provide the benefits they are supposed to?

    When ttc I was taking target brand prenatals then switched to Natures prenatals. I liked both and both have gotten well reviews. Talk to a pharmacist (sp) they should be able to point you in the right direction. Some people even swear by taking children chewables

    I have no clue on how they dissolve but I saw Target has prenatal gummy vitamins which I am going to start taking. Most times I tried swallowing my prenatals I ended up throwing up.

    Thanks Guys.  I've actualy had some co-workers recomend Target brand.  I may just get a bottle.

    A little pricey [$35/bottle] but not too bad considering it's a 3-month supply: but I use Rainbow Light brand prenatals. They're food based vitamins and said to be easier on the stomach / easier for some women to digest.

    I like Target's brand (the 2 pill kind) I don't feel icky after taking them. $10 for a 30 day supply.
